Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
Starting a return is simple. Just email us at yl981080@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps. Please don't send anything back without hearing from us first — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
What's the return policy?
We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done. If you don't see it after 3 business days, check with your bank — processing times can vary.
What if I received the wrong or defective item?

Once your return is received and approved, go ahead and place a new order for the size you need. This is the fastest way to get your new piece to you.
