3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

4. Quality Assurance

Every item is manually inspected by our Quality Control team before it leaves our facility. We guarantee your order arrives free from defects, snags, tears, or stains.

5. Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items.

6. How to Initiate a Return

7. Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective or wrong items — We cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • Change of mind or size — Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

8. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

9. Exchange Policy

To get your desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your current item first. Once your return is processed and accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

10. Order Modification & Mid-Transit Policy

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to modify, cancel, or intercept the shipment. If you change your mind after the package has shipped, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return request.

Please note: If a customer refuses to accept delivery, resulting in the package being returned or destroyed by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs and a full refund cannot be guaranteed.

11. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, pursuant to hygiene regulations (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU), this right does not apply to intimate items that have been unsealed, tried on, or used after delivery.
